appt was for 10:30, assistant took me to examining room at 10:30; exam completed and out of office by 10:40 ...Dr was professional and friendly, the way it should be.

Dr. Quintana's office staff were very kind and accommodating, and the doctor herself was professional, friendly and attentive. I had gone in for a skin screening and was very nervous, between her and her nurse, I was put at ease and came out with a clean bill of health. I was especially pleased that unlike so many other dermatologists, Dr. Quintana did not try to push other services on me - she simply took care of what I came in for without "helpfully suggesting" other things I could or should get done. My wait time (including new patient paperwork) was maybe 15 minutes and I was able to schedule the appointment for after work. I would highly recommend her.show less

I wish every visit to the doctor's was as pleasant as my visit w Dr. Quintana. I saw seen promptly (within ten minutes or so of my appt time) and offered a comp beverage (I had tea). She also had chocolates out which was nice. The office is super clean and modern. The staff is courteous. Dr. Quintana's bedside manner is excellent. I felt she really listened and took time with me. Highly recommend

It was great experience. Staff was courteous and accomodating. I liked the evening hours, which is very convenient. The doctor was very pleasant, I didn't feel rushed, and felt comfortable asking questions. I loved that I received printed instructions of treatment, suggestions of proper make-up selection, medication samples to start treatment right away. Overall, the visit went very smooth and left me very satisfied.From all the dermatologists I visited so far (3), this was an outstanding one. Thank you.show less

She is kind, she was helpful and made me feel comfortable. The office was clean, attractive and had a relaxing atmosphere. I thought that she was relatable and professional instead of being one or the other. I have been ranting about the office and about Dr. Quintana all week and not only will I be back myself, I would definitely recommend her to friends and family.

Incredibly friendly and professional office staff. Her waiting room makes you feel like you are waiting for a massage, not a doctor. She was timely, answered all of my questions and the minor procedure I had done was pretty painless. Provided clear and written directions for how to care for the site. Office staff called back when she said she would with the results and answered more of my questions.

She listened well and her responses were to the point. I have to go back but her office staff was also responsive to my questions. It was a good first visit.
