I came in, had my complementary beverage (water), she examined me, I had a procedure and was out the door in about an hour and a half. I did not feel like I had to wait around. The office was clean and the staff were professional and friendly.

The office was very nice and the staff was extremely friendly. I was actually offered a drink while waiting, which is the first time that has ever happened to me at a doctor's office! Dr. Quintana was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I will definitely be back!

I've had my fair share of run-ins with dermatologists. This was my first visit to a dermatologist that (a) I did not have to wait an hour past my appointment - I went in on time! (b) I did not feel rushed - I was allowed to express all my concerns and ask all my questions, and (c) actually felt like the doctor cared about me and knew what she was talking about, rather than being concerned about selling me a product or prescription. The office staff was lovely, Dr. Quintana's assistant was very patient and kind, and Dr. Quintana herself was outstanding. I've finally found a dermatologist I trust and feel comfortable with! Would gladly reccommend to anyone.

Dr. Quintana and her staff are incredibly professional. I appreciate that they are conscientious of my time and they are always asking what they could be doing better to enhance/ improve the experience. The doctor's medical skills are complimented by her business sense and I appreciate that.

totally great, and was expecting a nightmare of a time since NYC derms are notoriously long waits, etc. also, office is super nice, new & clean.
