Outstanding very thorough

Very nice office and very friendly staff.

In both of my visits to her, Dr. Quintana was good-humored, patient, responsive to my concerns, and willing to share her knowledge via detailed explanations. I've seen the expected results from the prescription she wrote for me on my first visit, and I trust her to make safe, minimalist, but effective recommendations for me.

Pleasant and her staff are very accomodating

I felt much more comfortable this time. Dr. Quintana sat down and talked to me. She did not rush me and was willing to answer any questions. Her nurse tonight was much more pleasant than the the one from my last visit. She was polite and very respectful.

Dr Quintana and her staff were really good, very professional and personable. It was a busy afternoon, but I didn't feel neglected, even though I had to wait a bit before my first encounter with the doctor and in between her "visits" with me. She is very approachable, direct, and has a relaxed attitude, and a good sense of humor. She clearly knows what's she's doing, even though she doesn't have a lot of time to spend on each treatment. Her other staff members are there to assist and reassure.

The doctor was efficient and prescribed an effective treatment. I appreciated that she recommended specific products that other patients had been successful with and were available at the drug store and didn't try to sell me expensive branded products. What really makes this office stand out it the level of service from the staff. They have a patient coordinator to contact if you have any questions or problems and she is quick to respond, going out of her way to make sure you have what you need. The office also makes it easy to submit feedback on how they can make your experience even better. Bottom line: knowledgeable doctor and excellent customer service, highly recommended!

I've been to Dr. Quintana before and as usual, she was wonderful. She is knowledgeable and kind, and does not push unnecessary treatments on you. The staff are friendly and professional as well.
