I was happy with my visit and will definitely go back for my annual skin exam. She seemed to examine more thoroughly that the 2 doctors I have gone to in the past. She took two biopsies and a photo of one (to monitor change next time). What I was most impressed with in this time of unclear insurance coverage was that after booking my appointment her office called me to make sure they had my insurance info right - then called me again to let me know 1 day in advance what the copay would be based on my insurance coverage (so if it wasn't okay I could cancel). She took the biopsies right away and her assistant let me know before what it would cost with my coverage. Often times I have medical/dental procedures done and it causes anxiety because you have no idea what you are going to end up paying for it, and the office administrators are rude to you when you ask for information.

She and her staff were great and very efficient. The office was nice and clean.

I went in for an annual skin check. Dr Quintana was very professional and thorough (it was my first time getting a skin check so I wasn't exactly sure what to expect!). Afterwards, she took 3 biopsies - all were spots that I was previously concerned about as well, so I was impressed with her ability to spot abnormalities on me as I'm a first- time patient. Overall, quick and efficient w/ little wait time!

Longer wait than the last time I was here, but still an overall great experience.
