The staff was very nice. The office was clean. Dr. Quintana was very nice & explained my diagnosis thoroughly. The copay on the medication she prescribed was pretty high. I was given a sample in case it wasn't available right away so that I could start it as soon as possible. Also, i was given a coupon to lower the cost of the medication. They even took the extra step and told me to call the office if for some reason I had an issue getting the medicine. I feel everyone went above and beyond to make sure that I could properly treat my condition.show less

Dr. Quintana and her staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. She explained my treatment options to me and as always worked with me to see what would be best for me. Couldn't recommend her enough!

Dr. Quintana is extremely intelligent and personable. I have been going to see her for a few years now, and she managed to resolve skin problems for me that numerous other dermatologists have been unable to. I trust her judgment, and would highly recommend her to anyone who has had trouble finding a good dermatologist in the city.

Adelle was very thorough and professional, but also friendly and calming. She did not strike me as a judgmental doctor, which made me comfortable. Would definitely go again!

Dr. Quintana is kind, patient and answered all my questions very thoughtfully, even the ones that didn't pertain specifically to my visit. She explained procedures very throughly and clearly. All in all, the visit was what one expects from a true professional. She's great.

I went for a dermatology consultation with Dr. Quintana and I think this is one of the best doctors offices I visited so far. Compared to some other medical/dental offices I've been to before, this place was very clean and immaculate with large rooms and spacious waiting area (with tea, coffee, chocolates, etc.) and seem to be using the most modern technological equipment too. The doctor, medical assistants and also front desk receptionists were very professional, explained everything clearly (such as treatment, cost, insurance, etc.) and also there was hardly any waiting time. Therefore, I am looking forward to going there for my next follow-up visit for treatment in a few weeks.

Dr. Quintana is simply amazing. She is extremely efficient (quick) in her visits but she is effective. While we move fast, I never feel like I'm being rushed. If I have a question, she is always happy to answer it. Better yet, when I call the office it is clear they have a system in place for answering patient calls and making sure no patient feels abandoned. I recommend her to everyone who asks for a dermatologist.
